Released today, April 23, 2021, Yesung has released the MV for 'Phantom Pain' through SM Entertainment's official Youtuber channel at 16.00 WIB.

Through this song that includes a bluesy style, Yesung discusses his past love story through "Phantom Pain".

Meanwhile, this song is the main song from Yesung's fourth mini album which will be released on May 3, 2021.
